The Motel made for such a fun stay! Our visit was part of a belated birthday celebration, which felt extra special to experience in such a unique place. The property is a perfect blend of modern minimalism and everyone's favorite high-desert Marfa charm, with stylish finishes, and functional touches that made the space feel both sophisticated and comfortable. Every element of our room was well thought out, from the cozy bedding and curated furniture to the ample storage and workspace. I appreciated the desk area, which made it easy to get some work done during my visit. We especially loved the courtyard and sauna, which provided a serene spot to relax. Overall, the Motel offers a fantastic balance of comfort, style, and functionality in a central location walkable to the best of what Marfa has to offer—highly recommend!
MOTEL is a truly special getaway in West Texas. The property is beautifully designed and furnished, with welcoming outdoor spaces and cozy indoor quarters. The sauna and outdoor tub add to the appeal, along with MOTEL's thoughtful perks inspiring visits to local businesses. Peace, quiet, absolute comfort, plus a prime location walkable to lots of Marfa attractions — would happily stay again!
Very cool, central and walkable. Very thoughtful extras. We will definitely consider this our Marfa base from now on! Private parking, very nice common area, would be perfect for a group.
